Emily Kessler is a certified Mantra Meditation Teacher & breathwork facilitator, who specializes in helping humans make friends with their minds so that they feel calm, happy, and empowered inside their lives.
She is a proud graduate of the 1 Giant Mind Teacher Training Academy and has taught hundreds of people, families, groups & corporate teams how to meditate easily, successfully & consistently. She also offers 1-1 coaching with a focus on incorporating meditation, breathwork & mindset practices to help people better navigate all the demands on life. Her teaching style is rooted in blending ancient practices with modern wisdom to create greater access to well being.
In addition to teaching meditation and coaching 1-1, Emily works in the music industry in artist management at 11e1even Group.

Meditation doesn’t have to be scary, complicated, difficult or spiritual. Everyone has the ability to establish a simple, daily practice.
Life is meant to be enjoyed.
It’s ok to have fun. To rest. To prioritize enjoyment. To take vacations. To stay out until 4am dancing. A healthy life is all about balance.
