Why I’m so fired up to teach
I am someone who has worked my entire career in creative industries filled with long hours, late nights, early mornings & all nighters. I am committed to my work and attach a lot of my identity to my abilities and achievements.
I am also someone who has struggled with anxiety, body image & trauma and I have found this meditation technique to be my most impactful tool in shifting my own perspective. I have been practicing this style of meditation 2x/day for 6 years, and have felt a 180° positive shift in every aspect of my life.
I feel excited & inspired to share this practice with as many people as possible.
