This course consists of three 90 minute sessions, taught virtually on Zoom. I'll teach you the 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation Technique (similar to Transcendental Meditation or TM) & you'll leave with the complete know-how to implement your own daily meditation practice, so you can more easily navigate feelings of stress, anxiety, worry & overwhelm and step into a life of more ease, joy, patience & presence. You'll feel confident in your meditation skills, knowing that you're doing it RIGHT & getting all the juicy benefits.

This style of meditation is not about clearing the mind of thoughts or sitting in a perfect cross-legged position. It’s simple to learn, easy to practice, and fits into your busy life. EVERYONE can do it.

This course is immersive & will help you push through any fear or hesitancy you have when it comes to meditating, getting quiet, being with your thoughts & taking time for yourself. You'll tap into a deep inner calm you never knew existed & you'll feel much more at ease inside your busy mind.
